I've ordered stainless steel products twice before and this is the first time from your company. It is also the last. I received my order on 23 Oct 26, and found a tiny little knotted necklace, dull and too short for a 10-year-old's neck. I've ordered from Etsy, Temu, and Walmart and have been very happy with my purchases; I should have stuck with them. I had to cut the name tag away from the knotted-up mess and take it to Walmart to try to get something for my granddaughter's birthday in early November. The price I paid and the product I received were very disperportionate. Ive learned my lesson.
